I am a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), an accredited cognitive behaviour therapy practitioner with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and a registered psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I am currently appointed Professor of Psychological Therapies at London South Bank University in partnership with North East London NHS Foundation Trust. I also work as a cognitive behaviour therapy practitioner in private practice and, on a consultancy basis, for mental healthcare organisations.
